The Girlfriend That Didn’t Exist Part 1—odd story—raises more questions than it answers. It is somewhat interesting and does have good presentation and great interviews but the question arises: why is this even a topic of discussion? The story seems surreal.
Storyline
A Hawaii-born football player gets into an online relationship with a supposed girl who is not who she says she is.

The Girlfriend That Didn’t Exist-Part 2—messy—provides a type of conclusion/resolution to Part 1. The camera work is great. But the story still seems oddly presented.

This episode wraps up the first episode as Manti Te’o makes a comeback and reclaims his football reputation.

Untold: The Rise and Fall of AND1—And1 sports apparel company documentary—has great interviews coupled with fast paced, quickly changing scenery that not only follows the progress of the company, but the players and games that threw street gaming to the forefront of sports interest. This is a very good watch for business entrepreneurs and sports enthusiasts.

Operation Flagrant Foul— documentary—is about a basketball referee who gambles and bets on the players. This is a rough, but interesting episode, that backs itself with great interviews and presentation. This episode is formulated well. The camera work is great. The story, as presented, is educational on this rough subject.

A basketball referee makes money illegally by betting on players and possibly skewing the game.

The Race of the Century—terrific documentary—presents a very good case for the power of the mind, a tremendous desire, and the unification of those two things to do the impossible. It’s a WOW! film because of its unique presentation and it serves an additional benefit as it educates audiences who are not familiar with this race or the mindset of winners. Very interesting watch for investors, entrepreneurs, fans of yacht racing, and dreamers everywhere.
