This episode has a non-rushed feel and flows nicely. The host settles into the role's persona, shows interest, and increases audience appeal.

Soughton
House had multiple owners and eventually fell into disrepair until purchased by a construction company owner who
repaired it and added to it. The host continues to relax and engages owners comfortably. The current house owners, David McLean
and his wife, are good spokesmen for the home and thoroughly tell its interesting history.
