Storyline
This
German toon is about a snowman who wants to experience the month of July.

ticket? Yes? No? Maybe?
Maybe. For an academic study about Nazi Germany-produced toons
during World War II, it works. But it seems pointless in its general story
and does not run on the usual comedic level expected from a cartoon.
