MICKEY’S ORPHANS (Theatrical Release USA 1931)

Ben Meyers’ Rating: 4.2|5.0 Starsìììì

Mickey’s Orphans—cute, realistic to life, animated, short film—serves a nicely written, black and white version of a real life event that does not vary in format from what happens today when allowing a bunch of new kittens into the home environment. This is a Christmas-themed film that is a remake of an old Oswald the Lucky Rabbit film named Empty Socks.
