Rise of the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: The Movie—interesting story with unusual animation technique—uses so much distracting animation technique that the rapid-fire flash of animation overpowers the story. One may feel at the conclusion of this movie, ‘What was that all about?’ and ‘Was any of it profound or important?’ The movie does not present the usual format of how the Ninja Turtle team interacts together. Children may enjoy this film while adults may find it rather boring at times throughout the movie despite good voicing.
Storyline
Teenage Mutant Turtles and their team solve crime.

Buy a ticket? Yes? No? Maybe?
Yes. For the most part, this is a child’s watch.
Adults may find the animation great but distracting and may easily become bored at times throughout the movie.
