CHISUM (Theatrical Release USA 1970)

 Ben Meyers’ rating: 3.9|5.0 Starsììì

Chisum—good western—entertains at a higher level than many western movies, even those that include John Wayne as the main character. It has a good, well-driven story and a great supporting cast that includes, among others, Ben Johnson. Watch for Bruce Cabot in this film. This is a good watch. Audience enjoyment of the film may be enhanced if some details are researched about John Chisum and the Chisum Trail before viewing.
