Early Man—great stop-motion animation—presents a simple, yet creative story
suitable for all ages. The downside of the film is some of the character development is
not as well-defined as in other Aardman Studios films such as Wallace &
Gromit, Shaun the Sheep, and Chicken Run. But the wonderful
animation makes up for some of that lack. The storyline itself is memorable and
quite comical.

Yes. Aardman Studios produces a ‘feel good’ stop
motion animated piece of entertainment that can be watched and enjoyed by all
age groups. Well done, fun watch despite the lack of good character development.
