The Summit of the Gods—French/Japanese anime—initially seems unclear about the purpose of its production. But the storyline and presentation soon supersede this situation because there is a certain captivation that works very well to keep the audience involved to the point that one almost forgets one is watching an anime rather than a live action film. The acting, voicing, and animation are fabulous. The bitter/sweet conclusion is the final touch that makes the movie worthy of adding to the home video library.

Yes. This is very well done, tells an unusual story so well that one almost forgets it is an anime. Great work for Director Patrick Imbert.
