Lion—animated short film—suffers from lack of clarity in story line. It presents questions to the point where one begins to look for a metaphorical meaning to the film which meaning does not soon present itself.

Storyline 

A lion needs water and a buffalo prevents it from accessing water.

Maybe. This film probably is more understandable to the producers than to the viewers; but, it is interesting to examine the story telling ability and animation skills of this particular team.
