Peter Rabbit 2: Runaway uses great animation as does its prequel, but the live acting works on the average level without the intricacies of story and dialogue the first movie contains. The script does not serve the child audience due to its complicated presentation and does not appeal to the adult audience due to the storyline that runs on the tired theme of street animals interacting with animals who do not belong to their environment.
