Pixy Dragons—high potential film—doesn’t make the cut for quality entertainment. The title and the idea of animated dragons promise a terrific watch, but the actuality is far from the initial impression. The dragons are ‘creepy’ and the animation does not work at the level of expectation for 2019. The movie locks itself into stagnation and disinterest.

Buy a ticket? Yes? No? Maybe?
No. For an American audience, the movie needs major re-work to earn a right to time and money investment.
