Pick of the Litter—great documentary—thoroughly shows how seeing eye dogs are rigorously trained from puppyhood to adulthood to assume working positions. The documentary leaves nothing amiss as it also includes information on how the failed dogs are repurposed to other positions. Good family watch that stimulates after viewing discussion and heightens awareness about the needs of those who cannot see. Compassionate film that orders itself well and earns a watch.
