Jingle Jangle: A Christmas Journey hampers itself with ‘out of sync’ with the story, dance numbers and songs. This movie would have worked without the musical element added. Two musical numbers that did work are when the granddaughter is sent to bed and a street dance number toward the end of the movie. This movie fails to touch the heart even though the acting and portrayal are not lacking. It fails to capture the magic that separates the mundane from the ethereal.
Storyline
The tale of a toymaker, his granddaughter, and an invention.
