SNIPER: SPECIAL OPS (DVD Release Netherlands 2016)

Ben Meyers’ rating: 3.0|5.0 Starsììì

Sniper: Special Ops
has a terrific title but does not deliver on the title. Most of the challenge revolves around portrayal of story line. Steven Segal does not assume his character role well nor do the rest of the cast. The supporting cast has the brawn, but do not have the acting ability to put the story across well on screen. It seems not enough budget has been allowed for special effects so that some of the fault in the movie could be partially redeemed in outstanding effects.

Buy a ticket? Yes? No? Maybe?

No. Try the movie Sniper (1993) instead. Sniper allows deeper insight into the life of a sniper and the grit it takes to execute this occupation.
