Welcome
to Marwen—well acted by Steve Carrell—does not play as well as other
Robert Zemeckis films (Forrest Gump, Polar Express, the first Back
to The Future). This film, however, has a certain likable factor coupled with an unusual presentation that
calls for a quick watch if only as a study in how to present an unusual motion picture.

Buy a ticket? Yes? No? Maybe?
Yes.
It may work for the Teen/Adult audience. It has an unusual stamp to it that
makes it difficult to attribute to the previous works of Robert Zemeckis.
