Roman J. Israel Esq. provides a good story ‘right off the bat’. Denzel Washington and Colin Farrell lend top-of-the-line acting skill to this film. The movie takes total intellectual involvement, does not give away its conclusion, and provides keen insight into basic human nature when that nature motivates rightly. The script displays depth and exceptional creativity. Great work for Director Dan Gilroy. The movie is a homerun with all bases loaded. It’s an easily missed movie that makes an outstanding addition to the video home library collection.
