Benji: Off the Leash!—not the best in the lineup of animal shows—has a simple storyline and works as an easy-on-the-mind film. Needs professionalism and realism.

Storyline

Backyard dog breeding, animal control officers, and a kind-hearted boy intertwine to allow a ginger-colored dog to survive and become the next Benji.
