The Christmas Chronicles—above
average Christmas fare—performs better than Tim Allen’s Santa Clause trilogy. Kurt Russell looks authentic in costume and
puts Santa on a more realistic platform than similarly written Christmas movies.
While it is difficult to find a solid, new, classic Christmas watch, this movie
almost makes it and tops others in its class.

Buy a ticket? Yes? No? Maybe?
Yes.
It’s a great teen/adult movie and could be re-watchable just to see what one may
have missed on the first viewing.
