PANCHO VILLA (Theatrical Release Spain 1972)

Ben Meyers’ rating: 3.3|5.0 Starsììì

Pancho Villa casts Telly Savalas for the main role and Clint Walker for the secondary role. Neither Savalas nor Walker play their parts well as if they are not comfortable with their scripted dialogue. The only strong actor becomes Chuck Connors who appears to over-achieve as an effort to shore up the former two actors’ lack of performance. Due to the poor acting, this film fails to entertain on nearly every level it can be critiqued on.
