THE GREAT OUTDOORS (Theatrical Release USA 1988)

The Great Outdoors
plays the comedic talents of John Candy and Dan Aykroyd together to produce a good family story that is worth watching. The story has spunk, but not quite enough comedy and comedy that works on the ‘chuckle’ level rather than the belly laugh level. Very good work by Director Howard Deutch.
