Pass Over uses a technique not often seen in film—a theatrical stage setting—to tell its story. This film, directed by Spike Lee, is a terrific watch, very well portrayed, and well-acted. It is not meant to be entertaining. Do not miss it.

Two
homeless men dream about a life beyond the life they live and then ask the most
important question of all: Can we escape the current situation?

Buy a ticket? Yes? No? Maybe?
Yes.
This movie is made for intellectual viewing. The dialogue, packed with
subliminal suggestions, needs careful listening for full impact and
appreciation. Not a family watch and not for playing in the background. The
film requires complete involvement.
