Who Killed the Electric Car
explores, documentary style, the introduction of the first electric car in 1884 through the production of the EV1 from 1996 to 1999 to the decision to remove the EV cars from highways. The film is well organized, thoughtful, and informative.

Storyline

This documentary explores the interplay between Federal Government and big business in adopting or derailing new technology.
