Storyline

An armored truck becomes stuck in a ditch during a hard rain storm. ‘Wannabe’ robbers try to take advantage of the situation.

Yes. This movie is one of Christian Slater’s later works. Randy Quaid, Morgan Freeman, and Edward Asner lend quality to the storyline. There are some good action scenes like racing jet skis through flooded buildings and a stained-glass church window that provide interesting viewing.
