THE FRENCH CONNECTION (Theatrical Release USA 1971)

Ben Meyers’ rating—4.3|5.0 Starsìììì

The French Connection
—stimulating, based on a true story—increases its pace as the film progresses. The movie has all the formulas for creating a solid action crime drama and uses them well. The script is good. Gene Hackman and Roy Scheider make a great team as the leading actors in this film.
