Storyline

Mr. Magoo goes to an opening night museum event only to become clumsily involved with the theft of the center piece of the event, a ruby, by thieves Luanne LeSeur (Kelly Lynch) and Bob Morgan (Nick Chinlund). When Mr. Magoo decides to go fishing, he crosses paths with the jewel thieves who are traveling by boat to give the ruby to Bob Morgan’s Boss Austin Cloquet (Malcolm McDowell). In an argument the thieves lose the ruby jewel. It lands in Mr. Magoo’s rubber fishing boat. Bob Morgan attempts to retrieve the jewel and the show is on.
